For the past 7 years, I have had the privilege of leading design at WeAre8, a company dedicated to connecting brands with people for the greater good.
I oversee product design, including brand-facing interfaces and collateral, dashboards + proprietary targeting and buying systems, as well as user facing apps on iOS and Android, and web properties.
WeAre8 partners with major brands and telecoms to bring micro sponsorships and branded content to consumers via an app.

Brands target by segment in the WeAre8 user base, and serve relevant members via three basic sponsorship types - create content, share content or watch content.

To solve them, I worked closely with stakeholders to define the initial problem statements. Once there, we sketched a variety of solutions. After buy-in, I created the high-fidelity designs, created prototypes and worked with engineering to implement.
This process was repeated across all products WeAre8 offers - from native iOS & Android apps to client-facing ad-buying systems.
